Cassandra Halyko joined Collison Law Offices in 2024 because she wanted to put her experience of representing defendants, employers, and insurance companies to better use. Why? Because Cassandra knows firsthand the pain and hardship that come from suffering significant injuries and she understands what it is to have to face the impact these injuries can have on everyday life. She has taken her experience working for insurance companies and is using that knowledge for what matters most – her injured clients.
Cassandra dedicates herself to her clients, working tirelessly to protect her clients and fighting to ensure her clients receive the best outcome she can obtain… the outcome they deserve! While always open to fair settlements, she isn’t afraid to take cases to trial; and the insurance companies know it. She will fight as long as it takes to protect her clients interests and rights, even on appeal where Cassandra has argued and won in front of the Illinois Appellate Court.
