Muriel Collison has devoted her talents to workers compensation, personal injury and wrongful death actions since beginning her practice in 2004. She has vast experience litigating and resolving cases involving auto mobile collisions, dog bites, workplace injuries, workplace deaths and slip and falls. Ms. Collison’s practice also includes civil rights violations, complex medical malpractice and wrongful death actions.

Ms. Collison has represented hundreds of injured workers before the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission resulting in significant awards for her clients. Additionally, she has litigated, to verdict, numerous personal injury cases in Illinois state courts. Ms. Collison has also been integral in the facilitation of multiple million-dollar settlements. In addition to her private practice, Ms. Collison serves as a Special Prosecutor for Kane County since 2004 where she manages the County’s workers compensation defense.

Ms. Collison is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, and the Worker’s Compensation Lawyers Association. In 2017 she was elected to the Northbrook Village Board of Trustees after serving on the Planning Commission for four years. In 2015, Ms. Collison was honored as one of the Top 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40, and she has been a Leading Lawyer since 2014.
